Terms and Conditions


1. Prices

Accommodation prices are listed in the apartment's presentation materials (website, accommodation portals, etc.). The price stated on the accommodation voucher is binding for you. The breakdown of contractually agreed services and prices in the voucher is binding. ART Apartments is entitled to change the agreed terms of stay in cases that it cannot influence (e.g., force majeure).

By accepting the terms of ART Apartments, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any damage caused to the accommodation (including the building, interior, employees, other guests, or neighbors) by you, members of your group, or anyone you or your group have invited. You also allow ART Apartments to issue an invoice for the total amount covering the repair of the damage to its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse you access to the building or ask you to leave without compensation in the event of particularly inappropriate behavior (e.g., under the influence of drugs and other addictive substances, disturbing guests or neighbors, aggressive or rude behavior). Noise and disturbances are unacceptable. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Based on violations of the internal/house rules, you may be asked to leave and/or pay a fine.


2. Reservations

Reservations can be made via the reservation form on the ART Apartments website www.arthostel.cz or through another accommodation portal.

Our reservation system may not accept reservations for periods longer than 30 days. Please contact us at www.arthostel.cz or by phone at +420 774 591 477.


3. Arrival and Departure Times

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

4. Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time before 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Cancellation of stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to info@arthostel.cz stating the reservation number, the name of the main guest, and the dates of accommodation. The date and time the email was sent is decisive for determining the time of cancellation.

You are entitled to a refund after canceling your reservation under the following cancellation conditions:


· if you cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival, we will refund the full amount in the same form in which it was paid
· for reservations canceled later than 72 hours before 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival, we charge the price for the first night
· if you do not show up at all and do not report the cancellation of the reservation, so-called no-show, the entire amount for the accommodation is forfeited


ART Apartments will not charge you the above cancellation fees if you could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, serious illness, call-up order, natural disaster. You are obliged to provide us with written proof of the above facts no later than three days after their occurrence.


5. How to Check In

After making a reservation through our website, your reservation will be confirmed by sending a proof of payment. If you make a reservation through another accommodation portal, you will be sent a confirmation of your reservation and then, 3 days before arrival, you will be asked to pay by credit card online. For other payment methods, please contact us at info@arthostel.cz.

ART Apartments operates as a self-check-in accommodation. Before arrival, you will be sent a request for online check-in to your email address, which you will complete via the Alfred application https://alfred.previo.app/login. Here you enter your reservation number and fill in the details of all accommodated persons. Reservations made outside our website will require payment of a city tax. In the next step, the PIN code including the room number will be displayed in the application. The PIN code will allow you to enter the building, room, garden. If you would also like access to the bike room for storing bikes, strollers, etc., please call us at +420 774 591 477. The validity of the PIN code is limited in time, it is only valid for the duration of your accommodation, i.e. from the day and time of check-in to the day and time of check-out. If you do not complete the online check-in and do not have fulfilled payment obligations to ART Apartments, you will not be allowed to enter the building or the room.


7. In Conclusion

Pets are not allowed at ART Apartments. If this rule is violated, we are entitled to charge you a fine of 2000 crowns.

The interior of the entire building is strictly non-smoking. You can smoke in the garden.

For the safety of our guests and their property, all persons who are not registered as guests are prohibited from entering ART Apartments.

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher.
